The network is based on a mail list - if you have chickens to re-home you post a message to the list and subscribers can contact you directly if they are interested.

 

If you are looking for chickens, you can subscribe to the list the same way and you'll get emails when chickens become available. Once the giver and receiver of the chickens make contact, the collection or delivery is up to them. There is no charge for this service.

 

The easiest way to get started in either case is to join the list and watch the messages coming through for a while. You can jump in with your own post, or reply to one when you feel comfortable with the process.
